The Custom Floral Design Package

You adore flowers and have a vision for how the floral design will fit into the rest of your gorgeous day. You’ve been dreaming up luscious bouquets, interesting color schemes, and creative centerpieces. You might have ideas for a stunning arch or unique floral installation. You’re looking for floral arrangements crafted with custom design and specialty flowers. You’re laid back but have an eye for design and are excited to collaborate with your florist to imagine beautiful floral creations.

How It Works

GET IN TOUCH: You reach out to Briarwood Flowers via email, phone, or our Wedding Inquiry Form. We will confirm the availability of your date, and contact you to gather additional information about your special day via email or phone. If it looks like we’d be a good fit to accomplish your wedding day vision, we will contact you to schedule an initial consultation.

INITIAL CONSULTATION: During the initial consultation, which can be done in person at our home studio in Spring Green, in your favorite coffee shop, or via phone, you’ll meet with Delaney, who will ask you a bunch of questions to get to know you and get all the details of your floral vision and vibe. She’ll go over our design aesthetic and our process for working on weddings. You’ll have the opportunity to ask anything you want to know, and get a sense of whether you’d like to work with Briarwood Flowers!

QUOTE, CONTRACT, & BOOKING: From there, Briarwood Flowers will draw up a preliminary estimate for your event needs. If you choose to book with us, we will send you a contract as well as information on next steps and deposit. A signed contract + paid deposit officially hold your wedding date with Briarwood Flowers.

DESIGN PLAN: After this, Delaney will collaborate with you to draw up a detailed event design plan, with creative ideas unique to your wedding day. This is the step where we dream together to find the perfect fit for your wedding day florals! You will receive a design plan proposal, and you and Delaney will go back and forth to perfect it until it looks just right.

FINAL MEETING: Around one month prior to your event date, Delaney will meet with you again to run through all of the nitty gritty details and make sure our team has everything right.

WEDDING DAY: On your wedding day, Briarwood Flowers will arrive early at your venue to drop off and/or set up your floral arrangements and installations and ensure all of your flowers are in tip top shape! At the end of the day, you’ll have the option to have family clean up the arrangements and return any hard goods to Briarwood Flowers, or to have our team return early the next morning for tear-down.
